I'm at my desk and seriously going coco for coconuts after smelling Sarah Horowitz's latest creation to hit our shelves, the Coconut Roll On Perfume Oil. I'm super picky about aromas, but I have to admit anything that has a "beachy" inspired fragrance to it is always a winner. If you love the beach and want the essence with you at all times then this will quickly become your latest obsession. Top notes of coconut accented by almond and floral middle notes of orange blossom and gardenia make such an intoxicatingly relaxing mix. Now all that is needed is a pina colada, my man, and a deserted island! Sarah Horowitz Coconut Milk perfume is my personal pick for THE best summer fragrance in 2012. It. Will. Be. Mine.Read More »

In this week's 'Top Picks', our b-glowing.com staff is raving about some of their favorite scents for the new season.
Juliette Has a Gun Miss Charming: Elegant and sensual Moroccan Rose combines with wild fruit and musk to create this bold and deep fragrance that reminds us of a shot of whisky and a velvet blazer all at once. “Miss Charming is a great name for this perfume, because that is exactly what it is. A beautiful rose fragrance with depth and femininity. Even if you aren’t a traditional fan of rose, it will charm your socks off!”
Sarah Horowitz Perfect Coconut Milk: This eau de parfum is easy to wear, and guaranteed to please the nose of everyone around you. Light enough for any occasion, the fusion of coconut, almond, and a hint of orange blossom is absolutely lovely and an all-around staff favorite. "This is a year-round scent, but it's expecially great for fall because the vanilla and coconut are so warm together. It just reminds you of curling up with a good book and a soft blanket."
Tokyo Milk Dead Sexy No. 6: Picking just one scent from this line was difficult, but we decided on this white orchid, vanilla, and exotic woods-infused offering. Don't let the scull and crossbones scare you, while this scent has a deep rich tone, it's still light enough for almost anyone to wear daily. “There is absolutely something sexy about this perfume, but it also very wearable and professional. The woodsy and ebony scents give an air of maturity while the vanilla warms it up to leave you feeling super confident.”
Aromachology Sophisticated and Sensual: Who says pink isn't for fall? This fresh and playful floral scent is a nice option for anyone looking to take a little summer with them this season. Grapefruit and white lily play nice together, while sandalwood adds the warmth we look for in autumn fragrances. “This is a scent for every day. It is light, pleasant and even a little playful. The white flower and citrus combination can be worn by anyone.”

Perfume creator Sarah Horowitz is an expert on the art of seduction. Is it possible to draw somebody with a hint of the right notes? I have to admit when a man wears the right fragrance it's definitely a turn-on! When we have a an occasion that calls for it, like Valentine's Day or a romantic night out how do we know pick the right perfume or notes that guarantee you will be a master in the art of seduction?
Sarah Horowitz gave us some tips in Us Weekly magazine such as pairing a a dark dress with a rich fragrance like amber or jasmine that contain natural aphrodisiacs. If you're going on a picnic during the daytime then wear a lighter scent such as sandalwood or vanilla because it feels flirtier. She also says you can't go wrong with a "food scent" because comfort food smells increase attraction. Although I don't suggest going out and buying the latest perfume that smells like McDonalds, perfumes that do have hints of chocolate, sugar or honey can be very intoxicating.
I happen to be a big fan of Tokyo Milk Dark's Honey and the Moon for a dessert perfume; it is a perfect lady of the night aroma that will seduce any man in an instant. Sarah Horowitz, who counts Jennifer Garner as one of her many celebrity devotees has a great 'date in the park' scent called Perfect Veil Roll On Perfume Oil that recreates the smell of clean, naked skin that is subtle yet provocative.
