Mason Pearson Popular Mix Brush Seen In In Style!

Bookmark and Share Posted on 02/09/2012

If you're like me and using the same brush (Garnier) since high school, (clearly you can see hair brushes is not where I invest my beauty cash flow), then might I suggest a brand that has a huge following, Mason Pearson. This brand dates back to 1920 and is still going strong thanks to their exquisite design of handmade brushes that won't pull or damage the hair shaft. It was recently featured in March's In Style magazine as part of a series of hair products to get full and bouncy hair as seen on the runway models at the Versace show.

The Popular Mix Brush and Tail Comb was used in Step 3 of the look to brush through curls and tease the crown to create that full sexy-bombshell hair the Versace woman is so known for. No Mason Pearson brush will stear you wrong and they have a large assortment of different size brushes that all have a cushion made of natural rubber that allow the bristles to conform to the shape of the head and the premium boar bristles creates circulation of blood to the hair follicles which polishes the cuticle and results in increased shine! If you're staring in horror like I was at my old brush, then perhaps it's time to invest in a brand that will remain timeless and always get the job done!

Tokyo Milk Dark Fate & Fortune Collection » -

We love Tokyo Milk Dark for their signature scents, gorgeous packaging and cute names so we thought it was only befitting to let you know about their latest addition, the Fate & Fortune Collection. My personal favorite are the new fragrances in a rollerball form that are also encased in a glass tube a la your dad's cigar collection. These will look really cute on your dresser if you'd like to keep the perfume in there but be careful it doesn't tip over! This range is a botanical bliss of six different fragrances that also carry through in Body Butter Souffles and with names like Wisdom, Destiny, Chance and more. The stand out fragrance of the collection for me is Yesterday that has aromas of asuka rose, linden, ginger root and aged wood!

«Sarah Horowitz Coconut Milk Perfume Oil -

I'm at my desk and seriously going coco for coconuts after smelling Sarah Horowitz's latest creation to hit our shelves, the Coconut Roll On Perfume Oil. I'm super picky about aromas, but I have to admit anything that has a "beachy" inspired fragrance to it is always a winner. If you love the beach and want the essence with you at all times then this will quickly become your latest obsession. Top notes of coconut accented by almond and floral middle notes of orange blossom and gardenia make such an intoxicatingly relaxing mix. Now all that is needed is a pina colada, my man, and a deserted island! Sarah Horowitz Coconut Milk perfume is my personal pick for THE best summer fragrance in 2012. It. Will. Be. Mine.
