Return Policy
b-glowing will be happy to accept returns on any unused and unopened items within 15 days of receipt. To maintain the purity of our products we cannot under any circumstances accept returns on opened or used merchandise. We appreciate your understanding. If for some reason you are not happy with your order please contact us immediately to tell us the nature of your concern. We always want to learn how we can serve our clients better! Clearance, sale and discounted items are not returnable.

2. Please ship your returned item along with your name, return authorization number & order number to:

4. Unfortunately shipping is not credited unless it is a b-glowing error.
