Multi-Functional Beauty Tip: Use Nvey Eco Organic Eye Shadows as a liner too. Use a damp Eye Liner brush to apply. The dampness WILL NOT change the consistency or quality of your Eye Shadow compact. The Eye Shadows can also be used as a Brow Powder. Apply with a dry brow powder brush to shape and fill in your eye brows.
