I started using coconut oil after my Yoga teacher training course for Ayurvedic reasons. I instantly became addicted. This is by far the best I've ever bought. It's clean, dries fast and my skin is noticeably softer from it. I apply it every night before bed and right after I step out of the shower. I've already gone through a couple of bottles of the Green Tea from B-Glowing. I like the light fragrance so much, I've yet to try another one.
