“b-glowing Founder” may be my official title, but I’m a beauty lover first and foremost. I’ve been doing this job for over a decade, and—even at 50 years old—I still feel giddy every time I open a box brimming with new beauty samples. As you might have guessed, my position comes with a few perks—one of which is having access to the latest launches from both iconic and up-and-coming brands. But, what good is it to keep all my insider knowledge to myself? That’s why—every few months—I plan to share my current beauty obsessions with you. I know you’re going to love them just as much as I do. Read on for my latest picks:

Aura Clean Orbital Facial Brush & Cleaning Station

I love the deep-cleaned feeling I get from using a facial brush, but I could never get over the hygiene aspect. I mean, wet bristles? They’re a breeding ground for mold and bacteria, and you rub them on your face. No thanks! That’s why I’m  obsessed with TAO Clean. This facial brush not only gives skin a super thorough cleanse, it comes with its own UV cleaning station to kill 99 percent of all germs and bacteria.  Yet another great thing about this device: it preps your skin for absorption, maximizing its retention of your favorite creams, serums and moisturizers. Did I mention I’m obsessed?

Hyaluronic Marine Modeling Mask

Rubber modeling masks have been a staple in Korean spas for years, so I’m beyond excited that Dr. Dennis Gross has brought the trend to the US skincare market. These genius formulas create a moisture tight barrier, allowing for enhanced penetration of active ingredients. (Little known fact: with “regular” masks, some of the benefits end up evaporating away.)

This particular mask is loaded with ultra-hydrating ingredients like marine algae, hyaluronic acid and glycerin to give skin a mega-dose of moisture. You mix the two-part treatment into a beautiful, bright blue gel before applying it all over your face. Once dry, it forms a “rubber” shell that you peel off in one fell swoop. Not only does it leave skin baby smooth and soft, it’s really fun to use. Trust me—there’s something unbelievably satisfying about peeling all that rubbery stuff off.

Eye Dew Plus

Much like ARCONA’s Eye Dew, Eye Dew Plus is a powerful plumping, brightening, age-reversing potion. The best part? The formula is not white or pearly like most eye creams, but rather, a gorgeous iridescent color. The opalescent quality comes from liquid crystals (seriously, crystals) that instantly brighten, smooth, and increase elasticity under the eyes. The formula is also infused with retinol and vitamin C to give skin youthful, radiant boost.

Even though it’s called “EYE” Dew, this product is way good too to be used on eyes only. Personally, I like to apply it as a highlighter, and some ladies in the office have been putting it on their lips! Either way, it leaves you with the perfect dewy (note: not iridescent) finish.

Celestial Black Diamond Cream

No doubt you’ve heard a lot of hype surrounding 111SKIN—the gravity defying skincare line created in collaboration with space scientists. And while all those amazing space-age details are true, the most important thing to remember about the brand is this: it’s really, really good skincare. Plain and simple. Ever since we brought the line to b-glowing, the whole office has been buzzing about the results.

While it’s hard to pick one favorite from 111SKIN, the Celestial Black Diamond Cream is definitely a contender. It’s super potent—a tiny dollop at night all you need to brighten, smooth and stimulate skin’s regeneration. I’ve only been using it for a few weeks, but already, my complexion looks firm, energized, and luminous. I’m keeping a jar of this cream handy on my vanity for the foreseeable future—it’s seriously that good.
